Its needed so they can conserve as much power as needed for emergency purposes

I was just about to go reactivate my account, but I guess there's no reason to now. Those poor people in Japan. My sisters ex BF lives right in one of the worst areas that got hit with the Tsunami (she lived over there for years), she can't contact him at all or anything, so she's really worried. Personally I'm just happy my sis isn't living over there anymore because the town she lived in got wiped out completely.

Those poor ppl I am so thankful right now, and my heart goes out to Japan and it's people, so tragic. Hope ur sis hears from her bf soon Hak, thank God she is here. It is my guess that it will be longer then a week for game, but we shall see. A small sacrafice, just wish I could do more for them.

just keep your prayers and good thoughts of healing to the people and the workers that they may find and rescue them safely

Version Update Delay

Rolling blackouts and restrictions on public transportation have been implemented across eastern Japan as part of the earthquake and tsunami disaster relief effort. Consequently, we have chosen to delay the upcoming major version update initially planned for mid-April.

While the new release date has been provisionally revised to May, we are unable to provide a detailed schedule at this point in time. The previously announced world merger will likewise be postponed.

Originally, we announced that the services will be temporarily suspended for about a week starting on Mar. 13, 2011 3:00 (PDT). However, due to ongoing issues with the lack of energy, we have decided to extend the suspension until Mar. 22, 2011 (JST). Well at least it is only an extra 2 days added to the original 7 days shutdown; hopefully they won't have to extend it again.

My guess is that they will. But anyway, what u guys doing? I am playing Dungeons and Dragons. It is free and I like it alot. I just been playing solo sometimes my son plays but not very often. Don't know much about the game but am having fun. It is quests u go on. They are ez to find and not very hard, but I am lvl 2 rank 8 atm lol. Very good game.

Im playing Dragon Age 2 , its very fun and easy a well. Im a lvl 16 war, i lead a party of 3 others and the graphics are really good. Its not online or anything like that. I also learning how to type been wanting to do that for some time now. Hope to see you all soon.

Thanks for the info Zan. There has been progress from what i have read lately, in terms of trying to cool down the reactors and restore power. Hopefully SE will be the lucky ones to get enough stable power to get back into full operations

Ugh. I hate that Im soo impatient to play again. I am sympathetic to the troubles that they are having, yet.. I wanna play The good news is that if I am playing it means that progress has been made and things are looking up in Japan.
